Probably not the best fix, a plug bypassing the sensor altogether, but no diesel spraying all over the engine is better than before. Kudos to Kevin and K & P 24 Hour Towing and Auto Repair for hours of attempting to find us the right sensor and his willingness to do a jury-rigged repair at our insistence. Since we will be passing through some big cities like OKC that increases our likelihood of finding a replacement sensor.
